Mr Stéphane Lagesse was appointed Director of the Company on November
11, 2011. Born in 1959, Mr Lagesse holds a degree in ‘Gestion des Entreprises’
from the University of Paris IX Dauphine. He participated in the setting up of two garment manufacturing companies in Mauritius and is the Alternate Director of Mr Thierry Lagesse on the Board of IBL Ltd.
